SalarO's first new Android App for a DotNetNuke Portal

Properties.co.uk is the market leading property portal, properties.co.uk, is built with DotNetNuke CE 5.4.4 and we are proud to have produced a new Android app for mobile property searches.

This Application is designed to work in conjunction with our www.properties.co.uk iphone and smart phone optimised portal at iphone.properties.co.uk. This module allows you to search for properties in UK and Overseas from our expanding database of properties in UK or Internationally. The App will also be made available for Android.

This Application was our first experimentation with SmartPhone applications and we made it available for free at Apple App Store which was designed to allow you with an easy method of checking to find Properties for sale as well as properties to rent. please use your Android or iPhone/iPod Touch and launch App Store and search for either,"Salaro", "DNN", "Properties" or the app name "All about properties" and install and enjoy.

To make this happen, Salaro has developed all the necessary module in DNN 5.x.

This Android application works in conjunction with the companion modules that works in our properties.co.uk portal that is powered by DotNetNuke portal application. The work was done by salaro.com whilst the data comes from propertyindex.com.

Background

SalarO is responsible for building this App as well as the necessary DNN Module development on properties.co.uk that works in conjunction to the DotNetNuke web content management system (CMS) and application development framework for building web sites and web applications on Microsoft .NET.

Testing

As with most of Android Apps, we have not done comprehensive testing on all Android devices. Therefore, we are conducting further testing of this App and we look forward to any bug reports so to correct it for the next version.
