Get ready for the most incredible 10-minute action sequence in history with the Bollywood movie called “Enthiran” (aka “Robot”). The mind-boggling climax of blockbuster Indian sci-fi movie which features, among other things, a robot guy blasting an army of cops using their own guns, then changing into a giant snake made entirely of replicas of himself, and other assorted nuttiness.

The film ended up being the second highest grossing movie of all time in India, and cost a whopping $35 million, a major budget in that part of the world. It’s said that nearly 80% of the budget went entirely to special effects, and from the looks of it, 90% of those special effects went into making these 10 minutes. The film also co-stars former Miss World Aishwarya Rai.

Released a few months ago, you can clearly see why this is the most expensive motion picture ever created in India. This is an outstanding demonstration of animation skills from India’s motion picture industry, which use the same hardware and software used by animators in Hollywood. The main difference is that the key personnel creating the animations are just as talented and knowledgeable as their Hollywood counterparts with one big difference that they are paid for  movies like this for fraction of Hollywood colleagues.

In the video below you will be hearing echoes due to this copy of the movie was dubbed for Russian audiences, where the dubbing actually takes place on top of the original voice dialogue.

This is the extracts from Wikipidia:

"Enthiran-The Robot (Tamil: எந்திரன், Entiraṉ ?) is a 2010 Tamil science fiction film co-written and directed by S. Shankar. The film features Rajinikanth in dual roles, as a professor and an android robot. Aishwarya Rai and Danny Denzongpa play other lead roles while Santhanam, Karunas, Kalabhavan Mani, Devadarshini, and Cochin Haneefa play supporting roles.[3] The film's story revolves around a scientist's struggle to control his creation, an android robot whose programme was upgraded to give it the ability to comprehend and generate human emotions. The plan backfires as the robot falls in love with the scientist's fiancée and is further manipulated to bring destruction to the world when it lands in the hands of a rival scientist. How the robot is stopped from further destruction forms the rest of the plot.

After nearly a decade of pre-production work, the film was shot over two years beginning in 2008. Produced by Kalanithi Maran, it became India's most expensive film.[4] Upon release, it also made the largest worldwide opening for an Indian film.[5][6] The film's background score and soundtrack was composed by A. R. Rahman, which released as an album on 31 July 2010. The film released worldwide on 1 October 2010, along with its dubbed versions: Robot in Hindi and Robo in Telugu.[7] Upon release, it enjoyed critical acclaim and commercial success across the globe, collecting an unprecedented 62 crore in the opening weekend, becoming the highest-grossing Tamil film and the highest-grossing Indian film of all time."
